The benefit of being somewhat computer literate, and maybe a wee bit saavy, has been grand for my art making ventures and my teaching scope. Since the mid-1990s I have been teaching on computers (mostly Adobe Photoshop) and prefer to approach the digital realm like any other media. I have obviously not chosen the computer as my main media of choice but have visited that realm on occasion.
